Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Pay2Bee website, blog, and associated services. By accessing our resources or utilizing the mobile application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Ownership & Service Model
Pay2Bee is owned and operated by the project maintainers. We provide a platform designed to let users deposit BEP20 USDT stablecoins and settle domestic Indian mobile, DTH, and utility bills. We reserve the right to refine, pause, or update features at any time without prior notice.
2. User Accounts & Access
You are entirely responsible for keeping your in-app account details, registered mobile number, OTP codes, and passwords confidential. Any activity (deposits, recharges, bill payments) conducted under your account is recognized as authorized by you.
3. Transaction Accuracy & Network Selection
When sending deposits, you MUST ensure you only send USDT on the **BEP20 / Binance Smart Chain (BSC)** network. Sending funds via unsupported networks (such as ERC20 or TRC20) will result in permanent loss. You are also fully responsible for verifying correct phone numbers, operator circles, and billing consumer IDs. We are not liable for user input errors.
4. Security & Market Risks
While we enforce industry-standard security protocols to encrypt transmissions and protect wallet address mapping, blockchain deposits and real-time utility rates carry natural technical/market risks. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the platform is conducted at your own risk.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You must comply with all local, state, and national laws when utilizing Pay2Bee. We reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or rate-limit accounts that engage in fraudulent actions, spam operator gateways, or try to exploit the conversion mechanisms.
6. Terms Modifications
We may modify these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our static pages, blog, or mobile application following such updates declares your explicit agreement to the adjusted terms.
